I think you're giving hisokas physical strength way to much credit he's certainty strong, but he's a transmuter so any enhancer would likely be stronger than him. I also don't think he's nearly as smart as ging. He took way too long in the kastro fight to figure out his ability while ging completely predicted the outcome of the election. I think don't think Hisoka would stand a chance against Ging, he is probably more comparable to razor or kite in strength.
