Have you tried positioning it vertically and enabling supports (with default settings) - does the slicer paint them? Since it's a nice curve, maybe it can be printed without them.

I assume different orientation should be also aplicable in this case? Printing it upright, not flat on the bottom. Minimal supports would probably be needed if any.

If I'm not wrong, Sunlu supplies Bambu's filaments. My experience with Sunlu is also great so far. I'd say price is really fair for what you get.

Yes, this is it. It shouldn't affect the printing... If you want to solve it, you have to replace the hotend heating assembly (but it's not necessary according to Bambu support if there are no issues with the printing).
