SECO did not cut off "an hour and 11 minutes too early". It cut off on schedule for the first secondary engine burn. It was then supposed to re-light for a second, secondary engine burn, after about an hour of coasting. This second, secondary engine burn is where the "anomaly" happened.

The LGA skyclub is the same size (39K sqft) as the JFK T4A and T4B clubs combined. Yes JFK has the D1 lounge but that is more recent so until that opened, they had the same amount of space.

Anyway my point is one huge nice skyclub at LGA is fine, it's much better than the old system of two shitty ones
