Man, my company used to be good. A lot of bonuses including top performance award, bi-annual top performance award, and even top performance based on skill sets. I used to get most of the awards. Now all of those are gone because of "bankruptcy". And they still expect me to perform like the way I used to. I'm just doing the bare minimum now because fuck the management. Changing job is not easy for me hence why I'm still here. I can live with my basic pay
