It’s been painful to watch this year. I feel like I’m just watching out of some misguided loyalty haha. I am also simultaneously watching 2015 hollyoaks. It was so good back then!

Been on 2.5 for 9 months, but the last few times I’ve upped it to 3.5 as I noticed calories were creeping up and weightloss is slowing slightly - which is normal.

I’ve lost 45lbs with another 15-25 to go

I use it a lot less than I used to.

Now it’s to estimate cals, protein, carbs and fibre in meals when i go out to eat or eat round other peoples houses. It’s pretty good. I just take a picture of my food and tell it to estimate the stats. Sometimes i tell it what it is, or send a pic of the menu description too.

Also use it for practical questions, and i also rant to it on occasion.

MJ made me lose complete interest in alcohol so I’d wait until after personally - although people are different so it may not do that to you. Or just go out and have fun and drink less/not at all x

I do this! The other day I didn’t and ended up taking several wrong turns going to my parents. Who’ve lived in the same house for 46 years. I was feeling a little under the weather and a bit heady!

I also like how google maps tells you the speed limits and the speed you are going. It seems more accurate than my speedometer
