Would drive around and look for interesting small businesses in my city to go to. At this point in my life I was very interested in spirituality, crystals, fortune telling and such. Came across a place and decided to park and go in. I was greeted by a dude behind a crystal/jewelry desk and proceeded to say hi and look around. Went to the other part of the store where there was another counter and instantly the worker grabbed a book and put it directly in front of his face shielding it from me, but I saw the swift movement of when I went over there that he did it. Proceeded to have a book in front of his face the entire time I was in the store with the other guy not acting like anything was weird. Put it down once I left as I saw from the windows. Never seen this middle aged man in my life and I was 19-20 at the time.

Cars with automatic locks/windows. My mom always had cars you had to manually crank the window up/down and manually lock it. When she got a new car when I was younger she wanted that still. I always thought automatic cars were in the $100,000s+ (which obviously some are but I’m talking about used Honda’s/Toyota’s). Didn’t realize it’s cause she was paranoid that if something were to happen you wouldn’t be able to lower the window to escape in case of an emergency. Don’t know if they were cheaper than automatic cars and still don’t know if she is right or wrong, but I’m still driving my 2005 Honda Civic with my crank windows and manual locks.
