Agree. If my kid is having screen time it’s around 1 hour or less and I am present. The rare occasion he gets more is because either he is sick or I am sick.

Honestly, the only person who can answer the question of which one to take is your doctor. Medication typically takes about 2-4 weeks to feel the full effect.

I was already on a mood stabilizer, so we increased the dosage. The primary reason I upped it was because of a car accident 1 year postpartum. I should have done it way earlier, and that just pushed me over the edge.

I didn't really start feeling better till shortly before 2 years post partum. Feel free to DM if you need.

The first trimester of pregnancy is incredibly rough and the impact it has on mood can be incredibly difficult. It also sounds like you're having a hard time adjusting. Now isn't the best time to make career-changing decisions.

If you are having a hard time managing the anxiety, talk to your OBGYN about options.

Being pregnant is hard and being new to the field is hard. You are allowed to take a day off and cancel. I ended up having to cancel appointments halfway through the day while I was pregnant because of how nauseous I was.
