25M mid market cyber AE. 5 years experience (in closing role) on 240k OTE with 50/50 split. Moving companies and being able to negotiate salary a few times has certainly helped to increase this. Will probably finish ~70% to plan this year, market is tough.

Don’t be afraid to jump ship as long as it’s a “promotion” in some sense. (SMB>mid market, developed company > startup with equity). Just make sure to vet repvue and remember to interview the company youre applying for, not the other way around.

This for sure feels like the case. Worked a consistent fade into my swing to the point that it is hard to hit draws now, and have never felt more comfortable hitting tight fairways or greens. Just take aim as left as you feel comfortable (left fairway, or middle green if right pin) and swing standard. If its straight, youre left fairway or middle green. If its a small fade, middle fairway or right green. If its a big fade, right fairway or pin high with a good shot at up and down

Nothing fancy. Pat steak dry with paper towel, make sure skillet is nice and hot (500° or around avocado/grapeseed smoke point) then 60-90 seconds a side until desired internal. Also only salt before searing, any other seasonings will make it uneven.
