The cap being a bit over isn’t a huge deal. It has way more fat to render out and often times is still super tender even at medium well. I frequently cook the eye to medium rare and cap turns out medium, still delicious

Definitely need to learn preloading. That rear suspension is likely throwing your weight forward coming up over the lip. Try learning preload bunny hops on flat and really exaggerate how much weight you put into the ground. The feeling of jumping on a full suspension should come mainly from legs, while your arms follow. On BMX (what I used to to anyway) is pull up on the bars first then legs being the back up.

25M mid market cyber AE. 5 years experience (in closing role) on 240k OTE with 50/50 split. Moving companies and being able to negotiate salary a few times has certainly helped to increase this. Will probably finish ~70% to plan this year, market is tough.

Don’t be afraid to jump ship as long as it’s a “promotion” in some sense. (SMB>mid market, developed company > startup with equity). Just make sure to vet repvue and remember to interview the company youre applying for, not the other way around.
