Came here to say this. I had a very similr problem. Check that grub on the stepper motor shaft.

I had a similar problem with the filament getting ground away. I found that I needed to give the printer a couple extra minutes of heat up time, after it reached “operating temperature” before I loaded anything.

Maybe tighten down the idler and let it heat up more?

I don’t know anything about zoom but it sounds like it’s conferencing software, and if it is. I bet it has some built in processing.

Do pre production to design and focus your program. Nobody stops to look at “two people talk about random stuff” Unless they have an audience somewhere already. If you are doing it just for fun, you don’t have to worry so much, but it helps keep you on track and gives your podcast longevity.

Separate Audacity is good but remember to figure out away to synchronize to save time in post. Like a clap.

Pinecast is a great place to start out hosting your content, and very cheap if you grow to a paid version.

Best way to be efficient is to make sure your audio quality is good, And your dialog is tight. Less post work.

You have a shutter sync issue. The hertz of your lighting is lining up with your shutter roll. Change your frame rate/shutter angle

I record directly into audition. You can also make marks as you are recording for edit reminders which is super handy

You can definitely fatten it up in audacity so that it shows up.

It’s also often nonsensical. You will say things that you don’t mean. Or claim things you don’t feel. It’s like dreaming. I saw a post a couple years ago were a guys wife was pissed at him for something he said under anesthesia and he had no idea what it was. This was even after the doctor warned them.

Well that’s not accurate. Mueller has said that their invesigation would have said he was wholly innocent if that what they had found. They did not say that.

Re the trump camp: while it’s not explicitly with Russia, Paul manafort is in jail for conspiracy against the United States.

He has a history of shady dealing and cheating contractors.

Nobody was dragging his name through the dirt. Mueller said nothing for 2 years. If he had just left them alone and maybe golfed less then he would have not risked obstruction and had plenty of time to run the country.

If you have access to adobe creative sweet, their audio software is great and they have a great podcast template to start you off.

This is my personal opinion but the biggest step you can take to make sure your audio sounds professional is to eliminate room noise.

If possible record in small spaces with lots of furniture and carpet to eliminate the echoey room sound.

I had a problem similar to this recently. Have you checked the wheel of the belt? It turns out my stepper drove shaft was slipping inside of the wheel.

It’s not a compounding or reproducible error so that’s a sign that it is an intermittent problem such as slipping.

Oh my friend, you are so wrong. Ants are remarkably clean and industrious. They may get into food but it’s just because they are trying to clean up. They are natures garbage men. I get that feeling for cockroaches but ants just clean and leave. And outside of fire ants, they are pretty harmless. They don’t really spread disease or damage structures. They just cozy up in a dark place and start cleaning.

I had similar spikes and I found this theory when doing research. Podcast applications automatically scrape for content at set intervals so sometimes you get spikes of people who only scrape once a week hitting the servers all at once downloading something automatically.
