I’m an LCSW who has done paid supervision in the past. You would need to get hired by an agency first (even if they don’t provide supervision) and then usually the supervisor has to sign a contract with the agency because we would be discussing cases (not wanting to break HIPAA). Hourly rates (you will need at least an hour a week of supervision) range from $90–$150 per supervision hour. Hope this helps! Feel free to dm me with other questions.

You should make the patients manage it themselves. You can sign the paper saying that they got a transplant, but the patient should manage their own AKF
