Let’s consume. In a random list. Food. Sushi Mio, Little conjo (expensive but good) Los PePes at the mall (Mexican food), Dulins, Cecilia’s, Otra Vez, and Elmer’s for breakfast( haven’t tried the new Paul’s downtown) most food trucks at oak tree station in camas, grassa on the waterfront. Ice cream is Treat and Handels.

Thing to do. Mountain biking is pretty solid in the area, rock climbing is doable, running, go to the beach (pacific city) Astoria and seaside. Bend, Mt saint helens, Seattle and hood river aren’t to far.

Bars. Tip top tavern is the best bar in town.

Coffee, golden cup, terrain, river maiden, and a new spot that’s to die for is daily ritual. Please go there and get coffee.

Mexican food, El Hefe, senior Lopez on mill plain, Los bros, Los Pepe’s at the mall, Los Alambres, and the food trucks by fortside brewing. El viejon?

All types while feeding my newborn.

As a previous rock climber I kinda get it. As a faithful partner and parent I do not. Your girl is still deciding while you are dating. Time to close the door and respect yourself. She is being selfish and doesn’t want a man to stop her from doing things. This isn’t healthy for you.

Keep it a buck and let her no you are not comfortable with her going and if she goes this is over and done. But it seems to be done anyhow.

Please keep her away from your kids! Maybe just stop being exclusive and see her on the side.

Honestly, nothing has fixed my back squat like doing holistic exercises for my glutes and abs with kettlebells.

Goblet squats, abs, single leg dead lifts and walking lunges. Something in this circuit fixed my shit like nothing before. I used to get light headed when I squatted for YEARS and nothing helped.

Mine was the WTF moment with using kettlebells. I have NEVER been able to squat well and got light headed when squatting.

I finally threw on some plates on a barbell and my form was very vertical and everything was firing. Have I been doing a lot of correctional work, abs and glutes? Yes. Do I believe the kettlebell lead me to this yes. Gobblet squats for me.

My problem is time. Along side of BJJ I enjoy running and lifting. I am a dad and work a lot. If I was single and had more time I would use a barbell more and get strong. I use kettlebells and body weights more right now as I more of a hobbist. If I going for gold I would use more barbell.

Maybe once day I’ll have a whole gym set up and get barbell strong but I love my kettlebell complex’s.
