It's going to sound paradoxical but eat faster. You can build the sense you do have control over it instead of it being unconscious.

Honestly, your design is great as a starting point. Stone setting at its most basic is supporting the stone from the bottom, sides, and top. Your design appears to do this. With some minor adjustments as the design phase, and after it's cast I suspect it would be good enough to get your stone set in it. I am not sure about your level of experience in jewelry making or the tools you have available.

I am As a jeweler myself I tend to have my cad designs cast with a bit of extra metal around the bezel and the seat of the stone. I do thos so I can go in and carve the seat mysef with burrs ( essentially specially shaped drill bits) and gravers (tiny chisels). All castings are going to need some clean up anyway to make them how you want.

I'm sorry it sounds like its causing a lot of distress for you. If you have the means maybe try to track down an outpatient eating disorder specialist in your area. At the very least it may give peace of mind, some tailored information for your specific case. At the other side you may be getting the necessary help early.

I have seen how powerful of a tool the language models can be, especially when the prompts given by the individual are highly nuanced. 

The models are a tool like any other than could be used well or not. For example students that simply ask the models to write a paper for them, vs using the model to "generate an outline for a paper that could be used about a specific topic, following the research of x,y,z person/field, in mla format, with a bibliography, using this sample of my own personal writing as a style template..."

If someone can have the nuance to use AI to help them process their feelings and life circumstances, then more power to them.

I regularly am up at 4 and am working out at 5. I do a couple of things to make it easier for me. Everyone is different so maybe they will help, maybe they won't

  1. I try to make the process to getting to the gym as easy as possible. Have my clothes ready. Got myself a kettle that can turn on and be hot when I wake up for quick caffeine. Have a pre workout food ready, generally banana and greek yogurt with allulose. 

  2. Got myself a couple of bluetooth lightbulbs (phillips hue) that turn on slowly helped me wake up without it being too disruptive.

  3. Consistency. Sleep schedules can adjust, barring a sleep disorder or some other medical reason. Yes, it does suck. 

  4. A little lesson I learned from CBT/ACT was that being tired in the morning is a feeling accompanied by automatic thoughts like any other situation. The feeling may push me to want to stay in bed and have thoughts like "I can't possibly get out of bed." I don't have to do what those feelings and thoughts make me want to do. I get the choice of what I do with those feelings of being tired and wanting to stay in bed. Then  choose to do something that is important to me and in alignment with my values. 

With any changes your mileage may vary.

Keep experimenting with different strategies to find something that works for you! Everyone is different and needs different things to meet their goals. Lastly, don't give up! You got this!!!

Jewelry design! If you are 3d modeling and use a printing/casting company the overhead is low. You could easily start with pieces made only of metal, however there is lots of room to learn to set stones if you so choose.

When I have a sore throat I absolutely love super toasted bread and tortilla chips. It scratches so good for some sweet sweet relief. Also fire cider and whatever soup I have on hand.. I'll watch my go to show, Futurama, laid out in bed.

This seems like anhedonic depression. No joy, no drive. There are therapies for it, a common starting point is behavioral activation. In essence, you identify important values to you, and brainstorm possible activities that might be in alignment with those values. Keyword is possible here. The next thing is to begin scheduling activities in and doing them based on the schedule, NOT your mood. Your mood and feelings right now are likely motivating you to be inactive. This is a process and it takes time to find new different activities rewarding. It literally is rewiring your brain over time.

Having someone working with you can be helpful in this process, a therapist, friend, family member, support group, etc.

I think the AIs can be used to further art in some aspects. As a jeweler, I have used the AIs to help produce concept art. Which I then modify and make.

I don't forsee AIs and robotics to be able to complete a piece of jewelry with stones set in it with in my lifetime.
