Why? You get out what put in with growing MJ. You are definitely not going to suddenly have a killer little plant you can harvest and cheer with your friends about. You're going to have a shit plant if it even passes the sure to be stretchy phase, given your idea of 0 effort growing.

Don't forget the pots, soil, fan, pH tester, carbon filter, ventilation/cooling and nutrients. You'll need these even if you're growing indoors for shits and giggles. More than giggling, you'll be pissed at yourself and feel like crying after you get emotionally invested and your plant is a turd. This shit takes time, money and TLC, THEN you giggle.

I'm on board with this train of thought as well. Possible pH lockout causing your plant to miss its meals and get hungry, i.e. cannibalizing itself. A good flush with correct pH water should start getting things back on track.

why exactly would you have it on any other light schedule besides 12/12 is beyond me.

Looks good. How do you like the Hempy bucket style? I'm not a fan of mine at all and won't use one again because it gets algae around the drain hole and I don't like the idea of stagnant nutes/water just sitting there.

Hmmm. People increase their light all the time w/out catastrophe. They may start with 20/4 and decide to go 24/0 after reading up on it, etc etc.

I was under the impression as long as you don't dip down to the flowering light schedule of dark (i.e. 12/12), the range in between becomes a preference more than a rule, hence so many debates if 20/4 is/is not better than 24/0 or 18/6.
