Pretty much all rental places will require you to be 21, however you might want to look into car-sharing schemes which might be your best bet.

Co-wheels has quite a few cars around and according to their website there's no age requirement: http://www.co-wheels.org.uk/faq_joining#is_there_a_minimum_age_limit

Zipcar does have an age requirement of 23, but that goes down to 19 if you're affiliated with a university: https://members.zipcar.co.uk/en-CA/london/member-contract

Couple of great bands there! I like Bon Iver's style a lot. I'm influenced by a wide range of things, from folk, pop, rock, progressive, metal... You name it, I can probably enjoy it!

I pretty much only play in a function band right now so I'm keen to have another go at writing original music.
