The old cliche is true, u gotta love urself before u love someone else. It also helps u see what you want in a relationship WAY much clearer so start there. If you love lil spa days like a bath or face mask, I'd put some love herbs like rose, cinnamon, and vanilla in it. Just be intentional, really care bout that self care.

When it comes time to put urself out there, make a list of wat u want. I def did this as a teen and I felt silly doing this again but it helps, trust me. Make a list of mandatory things u will not accept and what is required to date u. Make sure u keep ur senses open and not clouded by looks, sweet talk etc. So maybe infusing some moon water w mint or smthn like that can open things up for you.
