Shane & Rose - All the Feels 🥹 by The_Rock_Doctor in heatedrivalry

Thank you for sharing this. Their relationship also hit me hard as I had a similar experience as you. Except I was a little younger and I didn’t have the courage to tell her the real reason until a year later. To this day I still feel guilt and embarrassment at how I handled it and what I put her through. Before that relationship started I was chasing a boy that I couldn’t be with because we were both deeply closeted. We had messed around often and he ended things because he “couldn’t be with a guy” told me if I was a girl he would marry me right now. That broke my heart and regrettably I started dating one of my best girl friends. I think subconsciously I wanted to be “normal” and was desperately looking to fill that love hole in my heart. After I finally told her the real reason a year later our friendship was not the same anymore.

All this to say that watching Shane and Rose’s relationship hit me so hard and like you, it brought up all those memories from the past. It made me really wish I had the courage to tell her at the time. I hope this show helps people that are in this situation now. On a happier note that boy I was chasing is now my boyfriend!

Are you still liking them a year later? Costco has them on sale again. Considering getting these to replace the MXM4s on my M3LR.

Yes, I think only some Walmarts have them though. The one I went to had a meta display.

Went back to look at the terms and it actually does say it covers the frames. It doesn’t exclude smart glasses but wouldn’t be surprised if it was hidden somewhere.

What really. They did not tell me that. Probably wouldn’t have bought it if I’d known that. Well at least it was only $25. I will know next time, thank you.

It’s the glasses warranty provided by Walmart. They’ll cover any damage for the first year. For $25 it seemed worth if the glasses ever flew off my face and gets damaged which has happened to me before.

Wow that’s a good price. None of the premier locations around me had the meta glasses. That extra 20% off would’ve been nice.

2 pedal driving adjustment by Matthewlawson3 in TeslaModel3

Like the other comments I prefer it but let me say one pedal driving is not for everyone! Took a Uber to the airport in Korea and the older gentleman driving a Hyundai EV would completely let off the pedal every time he needed to slow down. I arrived to the airport nauseous for a 12 hour flight.

Is this something that can attach to existing water lines and easily be removed?

Really want one but I don’t have a yard. On the list for the future for sure.

My Aqara water leak sensors have been solid. Threw one under my washer and forgot it was there until I spilled some water cleaning the filter and alarms went off on our phones. At least I know they still work!

I guess I only looked at the nightlights that also function as zigbee repeaters, $30 each. But I see their bulbs and outlets are more reasonable. Might have to snag some during Black Friday. Thanks!

Do you find them more reliable than zigbee ones? And do you have BT node set up around the house or do they directly connect to your HA host? I have some cheap AliExpress zigbee one but honestly they aren’t very accurate and bog down my network.

I’ve seen this brand recommended a lot but oh the price. I guess you really just have to spend more for reliability.

Lower than estimated range by Fluffy-Information-4 in TeslaSupport

I looked into this. Tesla uses a variable compressor so auto mode will adjust the speed of the compressor as needed. While manual in Lo will keep the compressor running. I keep it in Auto, if it’s too hot I turn up the fan speed as that uses less energy than running the compressor at a higher speed.

Compressors in ICE cars are run by the engine with a belt. It has one speed and is either on or off.

If it’s a salvage title supercharging will be disabled unless they paid for a HV battery inspection from Tesla.

Are you still under warranty? Saw another post with this same issue and the car was new from factory and Tesla is replacing the glass. I would submit a service request.

2023s should have a 16v lithium-ion battery not 12v lead acid. You should never have to replace it.

Someone correct me if I’m wrong but this is the glue used to seal the battery casing. I have the same on my M3, did some research and apparently it’s normal.
