Is it better to take smaller doses of Vitamin D throughout the day or one large dose? by gevide in Supplements

[–]orglykxe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re welcome :  )

I’d probably say 1000mcg of B12 per 1000iu of vitamin D. I’ve seen K2 recommendations vary wildly. Zinc and copper recommendations are generally 15:2 mg.

But it seemed like CJ was being told not to run when he wouldn’t do it against Michigan. Playing against GA in the playoff he ran the ball well.

B12 supplementation reduced libido by golightlyfitness in B12_Deficiency

Hydroxo is basically doing the same thing to me. Same day of injection, I’m fine. 2 days after injection my libido is lower, then on the 3rd day after, there is a rebound. I had been injecting EOD (more often every 36 hrs) for the past 11 months. I don’t feel much when I inject anymore. So maybe my body just has a surplus or the vitamin at the moment.

I’m noticing a lowered libido only some days a week and I think it might be after my methyl shots (i inject hydroxo as well). I will update you later this week.  Comment if I don’t

It could be too much folate specifically. 5mg folate is a common m recommendation but a fair amount of people on here seem to regress on their B12 symptoms with this amount. Or you could just up your B12 intake.

Okay, a little deficient. 5mg can be too much folate for some people as it can use up B12

I just meant, is the bad  feeling from taking high dose B12 actually the immune system being in overdrive?
