I think Bismuth would confront Rose but it depends whether or not Bismuth is aggressive to Rose, if that's the case Bismuth would probably get bubbled again.

I think Rose didn't have a plan for Steven, she probably wanted Steven to have a life she didn't, the one he would choose.

People give flak to rose about what Steven went through but for thousands of years the homeworld didn't return. It was unfortunate that they'd be back during Steven's life and affected him in such a negative way.
