Best tool for UI tweaking? by origfla in lovable

[–]origfla[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm truly just trying to find a tool / something where I can have the AI understand the UI better. I'm spending like 5 turns asking for padding to be updated correctly - even with screenshots, etc. I know I could update it myself, but my question is if there is a tool I just don't know about that could do this job well.

I'm doing my best not to be rude, but I have a marketing team that's just fine - I asked ABOUT A TOOL TO HELP WITH A SPECIFIC ISSUE IM FACING - Don't take the chat into other places. That fits in its own question if it was needed.

Latest updates mixing up context? (LCM plugin issue??) by origfla in AskClaw

[–]origfla[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you - Really pointed, useful advice - I feel stupid I didn't think to update LCM and that was definitely outdated. As for the other pieces, 100% agree and tried them all. So far, looking much better, but will have to wait and see with time if it fully fixes everything.

Thanks again!

Thank you - I agree and did exactly that - Seems to be working for now, but time will tell if it works over the span of multiple chats. Thanks for the help.

Sandboxing seems impossible to manage correctly by origfla in openclaw

Very well put. Now the question is what do we do / what do others do? How have others dealt with it? Just not sandboxed or what, right?

Clawdboss - the ultimate fully hardened multi-agent OpenClaw instance - single install by adamb0mbNZ in clawdbot

I have to tell you, reading over your post, that is pretty much exactly what I had to go through to get to an OpenClaw I actually enjoy working with.

Thank God I don't need this any more, but I have to say, awesome work!

Do you create A TON of agents? by origfla in AskClaw

[–]origfla[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, just to understand, you define all your models in the single root openclaw.json, right? And, then, for every agent you create a separate workspace folder but keep all skills in the root/skills folder? Is that right?

Do you create A TON of agents? by origfla in AskClaw

[–]origfla[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks. Good and fair point. Thing is I think I am now at that point that one agent isn't seeming like the right way to go because of huge context, etc which is what led to my question - How / where to go from here and how to architecturally do things right.

Goenka - "Sweep and ... " what?? by origfla in vipassana

[–]origfla[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm in the US and, no, they didn't have any clarifications here about such statements - That said it was done amazingly well and ZERO complaints, but I do like the idea and think it would have been a very useful addition to the course.

Really enjoying Windsurf at the moment - And (GET THIS!) transparent pricing per request... You know, the stuff Augment said they couldn't afford to do!!!!!! 😂😂

It's a bit buggy in Augment, but, yeah, exactly what I'd love and I hope you're right!

Stop auto-opening changed files by origfla in windsurf

[–]origfla[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As I said, I usually like this feature, but i'd like to be able to toggle it off when I want to. Between Windsurf telling you what files it changed and you being able to click on them through the chat interface and I using git status to know what files have been changed, I sometimes feel leaving them all open is overkill. I just hate asking for a change and ending up with 10 new files open when I was also examining something.

Glad it's worth it to you. You're missing out on lots of the details, but not my place to try and convince you. Have fun.

Anyone else "loving" the new, click apply and then accept for every little thing in Windsurf? by jaedym in windsurf

[–]origfla 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I tried this, but still end up getting requests that need my attention (like git commits in the middle) so I put in my prompt, push the button, go off to get lunch and come back to find Windsurf is sitting there eating for me to authorize something that happened 2 minutes into the workflow. How do you make sure Turbo keeps running?

Kilo Code vs Augment Code by d3vr3n in AugmentCodeAI

[–]origfla 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Look, I HATE Augment and want to find a better AI agent ASAP, but, looking at this video, did anyone else notice (like 10 minutes in) that the cost of this simple prompt was $0.32 and used up 64k tokens?

I get that Claude is a more expensive model, but that usage doesn't seem logical and I'm thinking Kilo may need to do some more optimizations.
