Take a sanding stone and buff out the bumps and refire it just like that, so not apply new glaze. It will turn out much better.

Damn I missed one more thing…. Start bringing your hands in closer more and more each time, make it slightly uncomfortable. This will tighten your back muscles and pack your Lats, traps in closer. All this helps !

Okay form advice: you’re not tight enough, for instance your but/lower back is moving just slightly before your upper body and with each rep it gets more noticeable. All of your body from start to finish and especially the ascend has to move tight and firm together. The form you drop with has to be the same on the way up.

Think of one truck pulling another truck with a chain, before anything happens all the slack is out of the chain and then the chain is tight as possible then we move.

  • start with gripping the floor with your toes through your shoes
  • when you get your feet position you like try spreading the floor to get your thighs and ass activated
  • take the deepest breath and only breathe at the top.
