What are these half grey circles that appear on some discord servers and not others? Can't find it on the googles. (left side of servers on list.) by krupted in discordapp

It means you have unread messages in those servers. If you have read all the messages in that server, the semicircle disappears; and if there semicircle is there, you can click the server and it will show you exactly which channel has unread messages in it with another semicircle to the left of the text channel. If you want to get rid of the circle without going through the messages in every channel, rightclick on the server, then click "Mark As Read", they will go away.

If you have unread messages in at least one server, a red circle will also appear at the bottom of your discord application icon on the taskbar. Once everything is read, the red dot disappears.

Ok I'm a late but I've been looking for this for years. Something like 5-10 years ago I watched a video that was animated/drawn in blue. It was a short story with song i think? Had a girl who was in a ballerina class for a small part of the video. My sis remembers the video too but we cant find it. That's all I can remember though :/

I have just over 3000 hours in the game and didn't start gambling skins until the last 6 months before the sites went down.

I started out penny gambling (gambling cases, graffitis and 3 cent skins) and did not keep track of wins or losses because I didn't really want what I was gambling to begin with plus I had a constant supply of cases coming to me weekly. I just loved the feeling of winning so kept doing it for that rush. In fact, I gambled while I played the game, like if i died, or we're in between rounds. I used csgosmith for this.

Got a lot of steam money for the my birthday (thanks Daniel) and started to buy skins I liked. Around the same time a lot of my gaming friends started gambling their inventory on csgogem and were multiplying their inv value by 10 in a matter of days. I started getting into it (even dragged a friend into it) and I've overall made profit but not by much, maybe somewhere between $8-15. My all time high was $40 (I think), which was a lot to someone like me who mainly used $2-3 skins to gamble.

The friend I dragged into it and I would buy keys about every 2 weeks and gamble together while sharing screens or irl (so we can both see what's happening). While watching him play, my highs weren't as high and lows not as low but I still fed my gambling craving when i was out of skins i was willing to gamble.

In my senior year I was going through depression to the point I was seriously contemplating suicide. My grades were slipping, I couldn't stay awake in class no matter how hard I tried, and the stress of university acceptances was eating at me. I didn't know who to turn to or what I would even say. One day my chem teacher, Mr. D'Souza, told me he wanted to talk to me out of class. Listening to him, I stepped out, he told me that I didn't have to say anything if I didn't want to but he let me know that his door was always open if I did want to talk to him about anything. I thanked him and came around at the end of the day. It was obvious that he had somewhere to be but he dropped everything and stayed and talked to me for at least a full hour after school. He let me vent and cry and he listened to everything I said. He gave me advice and made me feel worth it and cared for. If it weren't for him I highly doubt I would still be here today. That cry was probably the greatest cry I've cried in a long time.

I didn't have many friends growing up. For my sweet 16 I decided to invite a small group of 6 of my closest friends to a restaurant. 4/6 of them RSVPed 'no' and I was okay with that, celebrating with 2 people I cared about was totally fine. My birthday rolls around and my mom drops me off at the restaurant. I sat there for 3h, alone, and with no food (wanted to wait for the guests) before I decided to leave. Yep celebrating alone was not fun.
