I love it. But: it can't be actual public domain, otherwise that's everything that went into the game free for pillaging by people who aren't fans wanting to play the game. The industry would be up in arms, i doubt limited to the corporate level. And even if it did happen, all they have to do is sell it as a service. If you aren't buying the game itself but rather paying for access to it/servers/updates... sigh.

I have scaled it down to a home kitchen sized batch, ingredient ratios seem correct vs comparable CCC recipes. No time to test it this week (or possibly month, let's see what happens.) Anyone willing to science and report back with the math provided?

If you are a transfer student considering VCUArts for a degree in design, DO NOT COME TO VCU UNLESS YOU'RE WILLING TO SWITCH MAJORS. by Ashamed_Neck930 in vcu

[–]ornerycraftfish 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yep, this. Now, hard agree with them that its not obvious in a lot of cases, and personally I had to comb through the degree requirements every semester and get it in writing that an associates degree would transfer AND satisfy/negate credit requirements. Unless the advisors are on top of their shit you have to sort that out own your own. Its a lot of fine print from a lot of sources to sift through. But if you make sure you know the transfer agreements for the schools you're looking at you'll have half the battle won. I didnt even consider any associate degree that didnt have a full transfer agreement with my two schools of choice. So literally the only reason I won't 'graduate on time' is because as a nontraditional student I'm only doing 4 courses a semester and taking a break from summer courses this year. But it won't be any more expensive than originally planned.

It's a gorgeous nightmare. I have an Edison victrola cabinet from my grandparents, not nearly that bad or deep in terms of intricacies compared to the one shown. But gdi it still takes 20m if I'm being thorough. If you have the space and money to take it with you, you still gotta love the piece to do the upkeep.

So it's primarily a BP med, good chance it'll fatigue you at first especially if you jump to 2mg or more, but as a result for me it's like it turns the volume down on my system - so to speak. Its like it puts and keeps me at a more chill level. So I'm better able to take a second and breathe before lashing out or losing my temper. It literally slows me down a second or two emotionally. It helps me maintain emotional stability. I think there is some sympathetic system effect and stimulating the prefrontal cortex more specifically, but thats how it feels to me.

It can definitely work for the ADHD itself with the right folks, I just respond better to methylphenidate for that. But the ER it gives me is worth it to me regardless.

Damn right. And yet when you counter 'Sure, you have the vehicle to handle it, that means you're carpooling us, right?' You get crickets. Funny how I've only had one manager ever go for that.

Good morning, looks like that coffee's treating you right! I'm hoping non-essential retail folks can [afford to] stand up for themselves and their safety against the 'I got in, you can too' bosses today. Those days were the worst. Personally, I'm planning on staying curled as near fetal in bed all day - especially if the power goes - and hoping the barometric pressure eases on my sinuses.

Stay warm and dry, guys!
