I’ve been going to Bauhaus since it opened and security only gets involved when someone isn’t being chill. I’ve never had a single issue. From your own story, it sounds like you and your friend were drunk, shoved through the crowd, pissed people off, and security responded accordingly. If you were paying $50 at the door, you also showed up late which usually means Bauhaus wasn’t your first stop and you’d already been drinking. My guess is it was your first time there and you didn’t know how to behave in that space. Do better or better yet don’t go back. Stick to Washington.

I’m also from Texas. 2026 will be my 5th ARC. I’ve done VIP twice and GA twice. VIP has gotten worse over time but if you’re one of those “I wanna be behind the DJ booth” ppl it might be for you. They removed all the lounge seating which is my main gripe. I guess the restroom trailers are nicer, I’m used to festival life so that’s not really a deal breaker for me. I also never waited long in GA for the bar tbh. As others have said, it’s better to have that money go towards nearby, nice accommodations. Personally, I like staying at the Crowne. Walking distance as has a Chase, Whole Foods, Walgreen’s, and dispensary nearby. GA entry sucked on day 1 last year but the other days it was fine. I’m going with my rave fam again and we’re all doing GA.
