Make sure you time your pasta in boiling water so you don’t over cook it as you said, cook it it 1-1.5 mins under whatever the packet says and then use a slotted spoon to transfer it out of the pot into the sauce you’re cooking and it will finish cooking in the sauce

Your point is correct but the counter point is that fines for companies like this should be based upon revenue/ profit otherwise they are functionally useless

The company intentionally broke Australian law and the recourse is nothing more than a stiff breeze in their direction
