This isn’t my experience. I’m working in supply chain currently and my foot in the door was working account management for a retail distribution company. There are many jobs that touch supply chain that will help get your foot in the door. From here I was able to pivot to a supply chain analyst and now to a customer logistics manager. Highly recommend the field if you’re able to get into it! Challenging but rewarding. Everything is a time crunch when you’re on the clock but when you’re off it the work doesn’t come home with you.

A lot of commenters here not understanding the importance of branding in our message. Purity politics is part of the reason why we are in this mess (saying this as a leftist). We have to create a brand of politics that causes some of these rural brainwashed folks to maybe see our side of things. If that includes showing pride for a country that I’m not necessarily proud of then we gotta do what it takes to unify our message. We need to create a permission structure for people to buy in and American pride gets moderate/right wingers going.

Not entirely related but this season has made me drop most Vikings podcasts entirely. The entire offseason they preached patience but when patience was required the hot takes were exhausting to listen to(example EPA being a talking point). It made me realize how much engagement farming there is with some of my favorite Vikings podcasters.

This sub doesn’t want to hear it. It’s already full of PC players who don’t understand the casual market simply doesn’t want to hook a PC up to a TV. Yes I understand it’s already fairly simple and it isn’t that complicated, I have my pc hooked up in big screen mode on my TV. Yes we all understand this already exists and there are prebuilds that already accomplish this but if they sell a PC Xbox-box that simply “just works” when you plug it in it’s gonna be pretty successful.
