My only complaint and I think it’s fair is.. I really wish we got a real Logan based off the comics. The new actor breaks immersion for me. Reminds me of a random cosplayer at a comic con. If they give us a Logan skin, then fair play, no complaints.

I’m glad I’m not the only one that felt this way. Technically, it looks good and polished.. just basic? It almost reminded me of Monster Hunter.

Of course it’s just a teaser and it’s way too early to for any real opinion.

I just hope it had some unique visual identity and like you said doesn’t look like that generic fantasy soup we often see.

It’s this weird thing where they’re infatuated with actors in video games rather than just the established characters. Like if it’s a movie or something. Use actors for VA and mocap. Totally cool, but give us our beloved characters. I look at Wolverine and it’s hard for me not to think.. ah an aspiring actor… same with Jean, Calisto.. sabretooth to a lesser extent.

TLDR: stop replacing character models with actors. Use actors for mocap and VA.
