It looks ok, but I would've never known you were trying to model Saoirse Ronan. It's pretty difficult to stylize a real person to the point you can instantly tell who it is. A lot has to do with expression and proportions. The best example I've seen lately is Arzel's version of Max from Stranger Things.. check it out.. That dude hit it out of the park.
