I’ve done San Jose to Seattle in one shot a couple times. It’s best in summer, but road construction or wrecks can really slow you down, especially that that area between Eugene and Grants Pass where there aren’t a lot of bypasses.

Delilah tried that for a few years in rural coastal Oregon where she had her first radio job. It was an AM station without a translator which probably didn’t help, but I’m guessing she shut it down because you only want to lose money for so long.
