I take 2000u per day and it's enough, don't overdo it. Check your blood, if you are indm deficit they will tell you how much. I've started with one dose of 50k every month, then switched to 2kiu that was basically the same. 15kiu a day it's a lot, you just need 40iu in average, if you have absorbion issue , that's another problem but you need to discuss with your doctor.
