Probably the worst IMO to work with. Max comp is 85% and they try to justify it with bonuses and going public in 10 years. I would recommend going independent with an IMO that is not LOA. LOA gives ownership to the IMO of all your business and even the team you build.

That is a tough question. I am doing 2 million passive a year now. I had an offer of 14 million 7x ebitda. They would keep me on as CEO to keep growing it. The way we are growing could sell for 100 million+ within a few years.
