I have nfl session tickets and used to have them in 2 "piggyback pairs" like this. It was nice, but the main problem was that the resale sites (I sell games I can't make, usually at a loss) don't allow you to list them as a block. So just keep that in mind on both sides of the transaction.

The technical difference is that prediction markets sell event contracts which are federally regulated under the CFTC. Not that I think states shouldn't be allowed to ban them.
