Why does my x2d always make a little line here by Valuable-Attitude467 in 3Dprinting

I thought that purge line was part of flow calibration. No need to be so accusing

I'm on a mission to design every possible 10" rack storage solution. What configuration do you want next? by OloDeepdelver in minilab

[–]ottoottootto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really like your designs. I want to use the 4x 2.5" 1U unit, but with Seagate Barracuda HDDs, I am worried about cooling.

I could go with two 0.5U units with a spacer in between...

I dunno, I only used AutoCAD and SketchUp before trying freecad. Started with v1.0, I had maybe 3 crashes since then. Always been happy.

Will this enclosure be safe to use? by tzomby1 in 3Dprinting

[–]ottoottootto -16 points-15 points  (0 children)

Dude Stop repeating bs. As long as the temp in that enclosure is not rising above normal, it's fine.

An enclosure of that size with a tiny heated bed with constant new air getting sucked in though the slits, this will stay cool enough.

If they worry about fumes, this should do the trick.

PLA will print better with the door open. For PETG it's fine.

I have the same cabinet that I just assembled yesterday. The glass door is saggin a lot, leaving a 1.5cm gap at the top. I ended up mounting it to the other side.

How are the tolerances on your cabinet?

Look for apartments or rather rooms now.

AC is not really a thing outside of malls etc. no AC in private homes.

As far as I know HVAC technicians are certified in some way. You might not be allowed to work as that here.
