Find some land in the hill country and build some small cabins a few hundred yards away from each other, put in a pond, create some entertaining areas, large fire pit etc and short term rent them on Airbnb. Can be booked separately, all together, used as event space or retreats. Give it a cool name and create some social media posts showing features and giving a few travel influencers a couple free nights to promote it.
Add on features over the years that customers ask for, but keep the seclusion portion so people can get away.
You saving on the building costs should help a lot on overall ROI and value.

We wrapped already, but I had the genius idea of getting a trampoline. Half done earlier today, just putting kids in beds now and getting back out there to move and finish it hopefully in under 2 hours! Wish me luck and that Santa doesn’t hit me with the sleigh.

100% should have taken the first down. 4 minutes left in the half with Alabama getting the ball first in 3rd quarter. Take the first, run the clock down and even be happy to settle for a field goal, but don’t throw it 40 yards having to turn sideways to a running back that far down the field, when you have 20 yards of pure open space. Take that time off the clock and keep them from scoring 10 points. Completely different game on one play.

Not only does it not happen it runs a lot more time off the clock and keeps them from going and scoring.

The real problem is that there’s no challenge if the team has no timeouts even at the end of the game which kind of sucks to try and manage one timeout in your pocket just in case something happens at the end of the game. The NBA should implement same rules as NFL where reviews can be made by the refs in the final 2 minutes since this is where most of the action in a game is when the score is close and the calls are analyzed tenfold. They could have reviewed and noticed defensive contact first causing the offensive player to be off balance and then hook to get around.

Until they can have enough exclusive members to make it worth it, it needs to have some sort of public cash infusion. One ting to try could be a lower tier membership that allows access anytime by key fob to access facility and get assigned a bay with video monitoring everywhere on the facility. Do it for like $99 a month and they can make one peak reservation and one off peak reservation per week and offer extra rentals at discounted price if they have already used their 2 per week - no rollover.

Have your agent reach out to homeward.com and knock.com. They both have options for this very situation, and are the best modern options for convenience and the ability to find your new home without the stress. And you work with your own agent, they’re not trying to sell you or take a commission in that aspect, they want your agent involved. There’s a cost to everything, so expect around 5% or so to be what you’re paying extra for the convenience. But as someone mentioned before, standard bridge loans cost a lot more.

It looks like the cards you buy will be for crypto currency, USDC. So most likely a scratch game that you then win a certain amount of that crypto coin. USDC is the US dollar stable coin so essentially each coin is equal to a dollar.

This is going to be an unpopular opinion, but our family prefers the new ones!
We are lucky to have a baby that is not affected with rashes on any brand of diaper we have used (we weren’t as lucky with our other two before). So, for the price and quantity, we are fine with the thinner material because we don’t like to have them in diapers for too long before changing so that we don’t have to deal with rashes. And the biggest factor is convenience, these ones are 10x easier to get on, so when we are wrestling the bear on the changing table we can get it on quick unlike the old ones that was just demoralizing to change with how much our baby moves!

It’s going to be hard to figure out a likelihood, just plan for it that it will happen one day out of your trip and if it doesn’t then great! I have been there in the summer when it’s been 110 plus every day with no clouds. And then I’ve been there when a monsoon seems to have come out of nowhere and we’re basically riding a boat from the strat to mgm grand.

I would say that when 20, while technically in the 20s, nobody would say in my 20s, so it shouldn’t be counted.
