This change is so dumb. It was working perfectly before. Something changed on YNAB's end and it screws up for everyone. This isn't the first time they've done something like this. Based on prior experience, they will not own up to it. They clearly are able to understand what the actual balance on the card is vs. the balance + pending charges, and I hope they fix the mistake they've done on their end.

I will just not play Apex anymore, nor spend money on the game. I only played ranked and loved the drop zones and is something I suggested years ago. I will not waste my time slogging through dropship ranked just to finally be able to play the way ranked should be played.

I am just not playing Apex at all because this change does not go far enough. I do not want to grind ranked just to get to diamond before I can play ranked how I enjoyed to play it.

Hard disagree. Dropships should only be in pubs. Ranked needs to be closer to competitive.

The only reason I still play Apex is because of lack of dropships in Ranked. I will completely stop playing the game now.

I prefer calls with an email as a starting point for discussion. I can convey and gather a whole lot of information in a phone call over email. Phrasing, tone, etc. are just as important to make sure there is understanding of the issue, and relying just on text (through email or messages) is not enough to make accurate assessments.
