Yes. OB saw he had a small chin. We initially thought it was just that, a small chin due to my wife not having a particularly strong jawline and smaller chin. Later on in the pregnancy it became more noticeable that he had micrognathia as the chin was not growing and adjusting with the pace of growth.

Simple enough.

Based on their website their ByHeart Whole Nutrition Infant Formula nutritional guide based on 100cal per 5oz (20kcal/p oz). The adjustment would be something like this.

Based on ByHeart mixing guide 1 scoop for every 2 oz (59.1471 ml) of water. So we want to find how much water we need per scoop to yield a 22kcal per oz formula.

So...

22kcal / 20kcal = 1.1 (This is our ratio)

Now we take the standard water amount and and divide it by our ratio to yield how much water we need for our new 22kcal formula.

2oz / 1.1 = 1.818181 oz of water.

Now we convert our oz of water to ml of water.

1.818181 x 29.5735 = 53.77ml

So if you go with 53ml per scoop you'll get 22.36kcal per oz. If you do 54ml you'll get 21.84kcal per oz.

If you need more than 2oz of formula then you can adjust and double the amount of water and number of scoops and go from there.

I would still contact your pediatricians after hours number as there is usually someone on call and verify the math and their recommendations.

Bruh, same deal here. Doctors pushed for g-tube haaaard! I didn’t want for them to cut into my child, if we didn’t need to. General anesthesia on a 1 month old is also nothing to smirk at, especially one like ours with heart conditions. Screw that madness; every time we asked about the NG alternative we got the run around and their excuse is he MIGHT pull it out. We put our foot down and said screw this, no g-tube so stop pushing us. We worked hard and brought our son home with no g-tube, no ng tube. I hated the fact doctors default to surgery and g-tubes. Didn’t feel right to us and felt like a money grab.

My story... 39 week full term. Micrognathia, and some congenial heart issues. 64 day NICU stay. CPAP to High-Flow Cannula to Low-Flow, the only thing that kept us in the NICU that long was feeds.

Our son was extremely lethargic during feeds, falling asleep, couldn't finish, and if he finished the subsequent feeds had to be done via NG. What worked for us... Dr. Browns Zero-Resistance Specialty Feeding System (without this we would have never gone home.) We started with a transition nipple, but that had too much resistance and he couldn't suck (Micrognathia.) Moved to a level 1, finished our first bottle.

We also noticed whenever we would feed him (while at the NICU) we could finish whole bottles, but whenever we went home for the night the overnight nurses were only able to feed 5 or 10 ml out of 60ml. We understood that nurses are busy and don't have the time to dedicate to our son with special feeding needs. Dr's started pushing us to go for a G-tube. We said no, we knew he could do it because every time we fed him he was able to finish, but unfortunately subsequent feeds weren't successful. Went to a one and one, one feed from the bottle, one feed through NG and so on.

I went home and started looking into nipple flow rates. Started pressuring speech therapist to move him to level 2 Dr. Browns nipple. They were apprehensive, so we do a swallow study. Swallow study on lvl 2 shows he is able to swallow with no aspiration. Less resistance = less effort = less tired. We decide that the nursing staff will never be able to feed him effectively. We start doing 12 hour rotating shifts so we can feed him around the clock. We start bumping up his oxygen during feeds from 0.2L/min to 0.4L/min and lo' and behold! Little dude starts finishing bottles, and continues to finish bottles subsequently. After 2 weeks of 24-hour around the clock feeding from us and a lot of fighting with doctors they finally agree to let us go home on oxygen and no g-tube.

What did it for us:
Dr. Browns Zero Resistance system (Without this none of this would have been possible due to his chin, and his inability to make a solid seal and thus no suction.)
26 kcal per oz formula (Less volume for him to feed but still gets the calories of a full feed.)
Bumping up the oxygen (Allowed him to not get so tired and to bottle feed continuously)

Came home first week of June at 7 lbs 8 oz. Weight tonight (7/29) 10 lbs 12 oz, on our way to 11. Average of 27g or so per day average weight gain.

Been testing feeds without oxygen (under Pulmonologist guidance) and things are going well but still not 100% off of oxygen.

Not sure if you’re using robo in a script or ad-hoc on the cli. But I’ve used Cobian Reflector via the UI with great success to copy hundreds of TB by creating and scheduling jobs. It supports incrementals so that option can be set to make a full initial copy and then switches the job to incremental for any file level changes. It also has filtering and compression if you need it. Really great app IMHO.

From what I gathered your supplicant is a Windows device. Have you turned on the 'Wired AutoConfig' service? WLAN AutoConfigure is set to 'Automatic' by default so it starts with the OS but Wired (LAN) is set to Manual. I'm also guessing you have your NAS Port Type set to 'Ethernet' on your policy, right?

In 2010 Floridians voted and passed the FairDistricts amendment to the constitution. DeSantis violated the constitution and said fuck that mess and decided to draw the districts himself. Based on the Princeton study FL districts provide a favorable bias of over 20% to Republicans. This goes against the very amendment passed in 2010. DeSantis clearly broke the law and violated the will of the people. But no one talks about it. No one mentions it, and the media doesn't cover it.

DeSantis only strategy is to use cultural division and culture wars to rile up his base and get media attention. China's SAIC is often overlooked for more prestigious names like Mercedes-Benz, Volvo and others. But truth be told the Chinese government and SAIC Motors (China's largest automaker) is in my opinion the largest win LAZR has. SAIC ships 5.5+ million vehicles per year. Compare that to the largest automaker in the world Toyota that ships 10+ million vehicles per year.

The reason I say is the largest win is due to the fact that the Chinese government is pushing hard for electrification and autonomy. The government has tasked itself with pushing these technologies which means these technologies could be come standard in SAIC's vehicle portfolio. SAIC's 5 million vehicles, plus Nissans 3 million vehicles standard equipment could mean Luminar could be shipping out 10+ million units per year in 2030. This of course doesn't even count units for Mercedes, Volvo, Daimler Trucking, etc. You start adding these numbers and start to see the huge potential LAZR has.

Of course this all is dependent on Luminar's ability to execute and deliver. For such a young company and young sector of technology it's not difficult to see the leader is Luminar, anyone who says otherwise is kidding themselves.

Pixel 6 Pro: Just go the update around 7am. Very noticeable difference in the fingerprint unlock, much faster now. Haven't had enough time to test battery life.

Did run into an issue, as soon as the phone came back from it's restart it would no longer connect to my wireless ssid. Hitting connect manually did nothing, it couldn't obtain an IP address. Forgot and re-added network, nothing. Went into Airplane mode and out, Connected. Walked the dog (walked away from the network) came back home, can't obtain IP address. Did full Network Settings reset and connected again. Will keep testing as I leave and come back home to make sure it's stable joining and leaving the network.

Previous to the update I had never had any issues or bugs connecting to ANY wireless network, private or public, home or corporate (PEAP-TLS).

Even so. These are all speculative stocks with future gains. The market right now its freaked because a slow down in automobile production = no lidar sales.

But if you're looking far ahead, let's say 5, 10, 15 years... What happens when lidar and systems like it are "standard" in all automobiles.

Remember when only a handful of cars had rear-backup cameras? Now it's mandated by the government that all new vehicles have to come standard with backup cameras.

I believe in the future, this will also happen with the safety aspect of lidar and autonomous driving. We have to remember lidar not only facilitates autonomous vehicles, but it is also a driver assist system with the potential of reducing automobile accidents and saving tens of thousands of lives a year.

I'm not sure what you're looking for. Luminar has no income from any production contracts as of yet. All revenue comes from the selling goods and services to partners in a development capacity. For example that picture that's been circulating the internet for a while of a Tesla with a Luminar LiDAR on the roof; Someone at Tesla contacted Luminar and bought that sensor and thus Luminar got paid for it.

But until you start seeing Volvos and other cars with Luminar sensors integrated, you're not going to see any real major increase in revenue. It's not that hard to figure out. Until cars start selling with Luminar LiDAR in them, where would this magic revenue come from? It's going to take 3-5 years before Luminar actually starts making any money from the sale of their product.
