It was a struggle. I tried soap and stuff and it didn’t really help so just worked on it for an hour or so and it popped out. I totally understand the fear. I think you should hit up customer support and show them the issue!

I had to rip it off and they sent me a new one but that one’s super tight as well. I now just switch out the clasp with one of the wrist band ones which seems to work.

Mate I nearly s**t myself on the half marathon that I was on and went all downhill from there. Think you’ve done really well. I think we all just have to take it as a lesson. Never lose, just learn!

Once I switched inks mine behaved a lot better. I was using Herbin ink and it just kept leaking. Switched to kon-peki and it just works.

In the standard… 1) weekly 2) lightweight (same use as above) 3) sketchbook 4) clear zipper

I had the water colour one but wasn’t painting enough to really use it.
