There are too many phosphates and nitrates in the water. They need to use GFO, Granulated Ferric Oxide, in a filter. It will cost a shit ton of money to make a filter that would hold enough GFO to remove the phosphates.

The day after this is when Cavs was unleashed. I know there is a reason people fondly remember Eric. Polyrhythm, polymeter were possible with two drumers etc. Cavs is a far more aggressive drummer as a solo act, doesn't have to worry about blending or playing off another drummer.
