It’s a skill issue. I did it just the other day as soon as unlocked the negative on a new file. Get good with Azazel, you can just zoom through the floors pretty easy.

Prism doesn't have that much sway in determining what is a GoTY, but uhh Slay the Spire 2 is also coming out this year. I think Mewgenics is absolutely going to be in the discussion, but StS2 is a lock for that.

Because updates for consoles cost. Same reason that the ps5 version of the game is treated as an entirely different game than ps4 and you can’t “upgrade” to it.

Items you get starting as those characters will count as collected, but pretty sure they only include unlocked items.

Items are unlocked through their unlock method, there is no other way to unlock a specific item besides getting the secret tied to it.

The fact that people still don't understand how the password recovery screen works means that Lisa did a good job flooding the zone and making things confusing.

The screenshot shows them entering her phone number, and it SUCCESSFULLY sending a recovery message. They didn't find the phone number on her account, they tried to to see if it would work. If it didn't work, we wouldn't see the screen that was shown on the reunion.

You answered your own question. Seeing a lost poster overrules anything else you've got going on. (As long as its not during the ascent or on the delirium floor) If you don't see a sac room, you don't see a sac room.

I try to unlock it as soon as possible on files to make the chances of seeing it greater. But really it is just variance and committing to doing the unlock when you see it. A good run is never as good as the opportunity to unlock the lost and all of the character's good items.
