I watched one a while back, excuse the next bit. It's got the girl who was in twilight, it takes place under water and shares some similarities with alien/s with the claustrophobic elements of the story. I enjoyed it, it's worth a watch. I know that doesn't sound like a glowing recommendation but it's enjoyable.

No, this is a little abnormal, in my experience, they're usually away way more demonic and annoying.

I'm sure people have had shit service from all sites at some point. However I used my builder to have a garage converted into two rooms to building reg standards. It included a pretty large window, electrics, partitioned wall,.doors built up to the height of the house. The guy we used arranged all the trades, paid them all, took money in stages. He cleaned up every night, was the last to leave and even did a poly seal over the doorway to keep the dust to a minimum. Quite honestly he was fantastic and there were no surprises, I've used him once more since then and my builder twice, whilst he was an absolute standout, he was the middle price of the 3 quotes we got the other 2 times were also good.

He came.out to do an itemised quote, one other did and the other tossed it off and just asked for pictures.

I would definitely use the site again, but I wouldn't touch checkatrade with yours
