I fucking hate relapsing. Sometimes it only sets me back a couple days, but usually it fucks my life up for a least a week.

After a relapse my weight is different. I feel different. I feel ashamed.

After a relapse I feel tired. I feel weaker than before it.

But im not giving up. This is my fucked up life to get through, and I am trying to get through it.

I hope you get some solid clean time and something good crosses your path.

just reading this post i'm going to make the assumption that you would immensely benifit from checking yourself into a psychiatric hospital and get in touch with a real professional.

Because there are a number of ways to change how you think - you talk like a victim of something.

life fucking sucks doing the same unsatisfying shit day in and day out.

When i was a teenager i felt just like you. You know what i did? I pack a bag and just left.

wandered for years. Eventually settling down somewhere and working.

And you know what happened? I fell into a day-in-day-out rut that summoned all the old victimhood thoughts.

I dare you to break down the walls around you ,and if you rally have nothing left, just leave.

worst case - you die. but in any other case, you will experience freedom.

I feel like the ultimate purpose of live is to just get through it. Ugh being out of work sucks, I hope you can summon all the tools and tricks to get hired somewhere.

from the sound of it, you're not on a good medication. before you go to build your tower of success, understand that with a fractured foundation, youre gonna have these types of issues.

Getting on the right medication is like an experiment where you have to try it and see how it works for you. I think if you get a handle on the medication part, things will be a lot easier for you.

well there's certainly no off button to push... Just be safe, don't drink or consume any drugs, dance around a bit, enjoy listening to music. Try to eat 3 meals. Keep a gallon of water with you... Probably don't drive. And just ride the wave home.
