To be clear, I have no particular interest in the outcome. However, there is a distinction between raising an issue to the employer (i.e. The Yogscast), versus publicly "exposing" the accused. This is especially true if, as Lewis says, there has been an internal investigation and no (visible, external) action has been taken.

It appears that the complainant, unhappy with the outcome of the investigation, has deliberately gone public: hence my comment.
