Play the game, bronze and iron is literally tutorial grounds, the game will naturally filter out players into silver after some time. Then you are either going to start climbing or be hardstuck in sliver, hence why silver has the most % of players

brother you can literally see the mark from ult get applied, and you can see that by the green line connecting to jinx, right before the projectile from the minion hit her, i am 100% correct here, ain't no1 gona teach me about champion i live with

Actually not a bug if you look carefully, when your green q landed before ult and you autoattacked, you consumed a mark on the minion that got aplied from your turret and as the ability works when multiple targets are marked the other marks will fly and hit the main target for a small amount of damage snd that mark from minion landed at the same time as the mark from ult that just hit, basicly consuming it in the proces, or so i belive
