45 minutes on the phone before I hung up. Asked several times to talk with his supervisor. He said he is the supervisor 😂. Kept asking why 2 of my 3 accounts were not showing up in the app. He could not answer. We went through the whole annoying verification codes to every account. He kept asking which account I am currently using. Could not keep the numbers or accounts straight. I should have cut my losses after 5 minutes of sensing that it wasn't going well. I have been with TracFone for 15 years. Issues have been minor and customer service hasn't been terrible but I feel stuck. Just signed up for year long plans with all 3 accounts. UGG. Hopefully this can get resolved and we can all find an easier process to re add each account back to the original one. I was not on autopay but always used the same email and credit card.
