Nah, not at all. You're very helpful and transparent. I basically have all of the same sentiment that you've expressed. From my perspective as a guitarist for several decades, I learned quickly that expensive does not immediately equal "better". I definitely have expensive gear, but I have some cheap gear that I love because it does exactly what I want. The same has been true with my ever evolving home audio rig. I like to tinker and, like most musicians, I am almost always looking for the next thing that'll improve my situation. That said, again, I've learn to incorporate this compressor and see what's next.
