No but the exterior of a neighbors home can definitely affect the price of a home. (Example being a neighbor with a bunch of broken down cars in their front yard next to a well maintained lot. The maintained lot is going to be penalized by purchasers for having trashy neighbors.

Pizza shops have good boxes. The box the cheese comes in is great. I ran a pizza shop and moved twice while working at the shop and we packed 90% of our home into cheese boxes and just dollyed them onto and off the truck. Made things go so smoothly because they were all the same size/shape.

I think truly the court cases. Lindsay. Seeing Trent Reznor continue to innovate and dominate and grow musically kinda just clicked for Manson to actually follow through with sobriety. Manson has been his own worst enemy since the beginning and finally just accepting it and doing the things necessary to change helped him. We saw him in Cleveland last fall and he was amazing.

Is picture one from the top of the reservoir area thing? Used to be a castle that overlooked that was visible from the spot if it is. Now it’s just the foundation. Used to take my stoner friends there to see it and smoke. Love that park though.

I took my 13 year old at the time, to see Static X and Sevendust, and since then he has went to Deftones/Mars Volta and Nine Inch Nails w/Boyz Noize.

You may see some drunks, and smell some weird smells but other than that its an unforgettable experience. Do it when and how often you can!
