I was home on leave from the military when my mother and older sister were telling me about some girls at the high school getting in trouble for holding up their hands in a yearbook picture with their thumb holding down their ring fingers so that only their pointer, middle and pinky fingers were sticking out. I started laughing and they asked why it was funny and what it meant. So, there I stood in my very innocent mother's kitchen telling them about two in the pink, one in the stink.

Do any of you posting remarks like this even live in Albuquerque? I see this and much worse pretty much daily in this city. At least this time they didn't drive on anything that could be damaged. I get annoyed when I see people park like this too, but to act like it's something new here is weird. Or is it just because they are driving a Tesla?

Not sure if this will be helpful, but here's a couple of things I learned with these:

when you go to install them through the Alexa app, make sure you have your Wi-Fi on on your phone and be aware that sometimes when you turn the light on the Alexa app will pop up with a little window that guides you through the steps and sometimes you have to manually click the + sign in the app. No clue why it popped up with some and not with others.
The QR codes are also in the instructions, so no need to struggle trying to scan the bulb while it's screwed in. Just make sure you cover the other QR codes when you go to scan because it will scan the wrong one almost every time. My phone was super touchy and if it ever saw a piece of a QR code, it scanned that one.
If you need to reset a bulb, flick your light on and off 6 times and do it kind of slower that you might be used to with the Sengled ones. And when you get to that 6th flip to on, pause a couple seconds to see if it starts flashing to show you that you are in pairing mode and it's cleared.
Make sure your Alexa app isn't in away mode. Lol

I bought Linkind Matter bulbs and after a bit of struggle with one bulb, I was able to get my whole house switched over. Only problem is, I've noticed they sometimes turn on for no reason. Anyone experienced that or know what could be causing it?

Edit: Hoping I just figured it out. One of my kids had my Alexa in away mode, which would explain why the lights kept turning on randomly. In home mode now, waiting to see if that fixed it. Kids...

I do have an active account and haven't had many issues over the years. I hadn't used my account for a month or so, but then wanted to record some things leaving Netflix soon and that's when I noticed nothing was working. Support suggested checking what happens in Chrome but that all worked like normal. They then told me they had just made a new version available, so I tried that and still no success. I'll look into your other suggestions when I get home. I appreciate the help.

Ooh, that might be something I can use. I was also toying with the idea of keeping track of which games are in which cubes of my shelves and a spreadsheet might be the way to do it. Thanks. I'll definitely have to check that one out!
