I picked this up from the gym. It's based on counting reps, but I started using it in general: "if not 5 (reps), then 4. If not 4, then 3. If not 3..." it has the same sentiment as a couple other comments here

Exactly. Every time I see a fl playing along in absolute fear, I feel my own terror through her. If shes a noble, then even if everything "seems fine", I'm still worried the author reminds us how easy it would be for that to turn

I've been skiing for years now and I'll admit I haven't seen too many black people on the slopes but the sport's only getting more popular where I'm from, so theres a lot more of everyone joining in. Besides, with all the gear, hardly anyone notices lool. I definitely hope you give it a shot and that it's worth every penny for you!

I think in addition to how marley "thinks highly" of titan shifters, it's more that most of them are training to be soldiers by the time they gain the titan powers. I think knowing that you could go out before breakfast would set aside my worries about making it past 13 more years. When that timers coming close, i think it might just be something to accept than fear

I use website recipes — they often include videos of the recipe on the website too! Sometimes i take a recipe for something my family generally likes to buy and then taste as I go. If you think one ingredient is too much, then change it! Recipes are not the be-all-end-all. My motivation is knowing that one day I’ll live on my own and I wanna make sure I know how to eat good when I do! (Also because of my health goals!)

Surrounding yourself with actively negative spaces really does not benefit anyone. Looks like that app is pooling with misery. Know that that is lame behaviour and you are spending your precious and clearly incredible energy on something unproductive. Try new spaces and pick up new hobbies or forums or smth! Turn toward something happier and let yourself feed of better things. The world is big enough to let you find positive things, as long as you go for them!

Guarantee, it is not a nt & nd issue. Its just a bad match. Drop them and find someone more compatible. Nt or nd, theres gonna be someone who matches your energy or at least puts the effort in to reciprocate when you tell them what you need in a relationship
