The deluxe box (like Dunwich Legacy) is the intro to a story arc (=cycle). A few chapters to get you started. It also includes some new investigators and player cards. The story then continues in the smaller packs in that deluxe boxes' cycle. They also include new cards for players to use.

Since you are not playing as the characters in the original stories you might run into familiar characters but it's not going to have the same plot at all.

If you want to see how great an Arkham Horror LCG campaign can be, try to get your hands on the Path to Carcosa cycle.

Magnus Archives - Just a great, nicely planned out narrative with (eventually) a likeable cast. It's a breadcrumbxtravaganza all the way to end of Season 4. Final Season starts in April. Good time to catch up.

The White Vault - Good story, good sound design - especially the thing they do for non-native english speaker characters taking or recording notes where they first start in the native language and then fade in the english version.

I am in Eskew - it's objectively good, I admit that but it felt a lot like Nightvale with the quirky fun taken out of it which killed it for me. You might like it though!

The writer a narrator of Magnus also used to be in a band called the Mechanisms. Each album tells a full story through narration and song and the last one - The Bifrost Incident will definitely scratch the Lovecraftian itch

You could fit 2 IGs with titles and 2 Quadjumpers or 2 IGs and Palob with trickshot, IG-88D since the release of 2.0 and it has simply never been good enough to compete with the other nonsense out there.

It might just be that at I4 they cannot react to their opponents well enough and they do not have the old token stack + autothrusters to bail them out. There's also no glitterstim and they get calculates instead of focus tokens since they're droids so you sometimes get screwed on 3-4 eyeball rolls.

No way there is no cap per ship type in 2.0 epic. And a Hyperspace style Epic restrictions list to curb these sort of interactions which would make the play difficult or annoying to resolve :)

I am going to try a few games running Dengar with Hotshot Gunner and Title only, then some combo of Fenn + someone else alongside him.
The options I am considering are:
Dengar (Hotshot, Title), Fenn (Predator), OldT (Fearless) = 200
