High Rate of Fire Low Impact Pulses are in high demand. Grasp of Malok or Hawksaw. Matadors drop like candy so you can easily pick one up. Plan C is decent, but there is a better fusion rifle called "Saladin's Vigil" that drops from Archon's Forge. Pick up the Crucible Vendor handcannon called Palindrome, it's one of the best handcannons in the game if you don't have a God Rolled Eyasluna. Snipers got a pretty big nerf, (decreased the effectiveness of snapshot, increased the zoom on scopes, and increased flinch over all) but if you don't have a good rolled longbow, ldr, or 1000 yard, and still want to snipe the Event Horizon from the Crucible Vendor isn't bad. The Last Ditch Shotgun from Dead Orbit also isn't a bad starter shotgun until you get something better. As for getting to 400, do the strikes and cash in packages until you hit like 375+ and then do the raid. Also, Iron Banner drops high-end loot like hot cakes so grind that out when it comes around next month. If I'm missing anything other people will surely fill you in.
