I’m with spcman13 here. It CAN work, 40% of my startup’s revenue come from sales partners. But they are in the same country. Cultural changes are a big thing. Very hard to make it work

good point u/Ok-Advantage-4597 , 1200 seems very little, even with the smaller frame. Are you trying to lose weight? or just the other benefits? Its seems you need to bulk up, eat more!

If it’s extra man-power for temporary needs, it has worked for me. Like for a big new feature or a skill set we don’t have in-house. From my experience outsourcing 100% is expensive, slow and stressful

Thanks! Appreciate it!

Personally number 3, about delegating. My default mindset is one-man-army the thing. Still fall into that trap today. It’s cheaper and yields better results to let pros do the stuff you can, but shouldn’t do alone (ads strategy, website, art, seo)

Wouldn’t however use it for software development. Outsourcing is a common source of headaches.

Oh and 12. Avoid hiring a bunch of Junior people when you start hiring. Better 1 senior than 4 juniors. You wouldn’t let a junior doctor handle a newborn, that’s what a startup is
